Whenever anybody asks me 'Where do you live?' I am always so proud to say - 'I live in the Northern Coromandel..!
After relocating here in the mid 90's, I have finally found a place to call home! There is a neat feeling of peace and expectation all rolled into one as soon as I am heading home and get onto the Thames Coast Road. I must have driven the road hundred's of times and the scenery is always spectacular and ever changing. Winding up over the Kereta and Manaia hills, Coromandel Town always provides a welcome stopover with friendly locals, great restaurants and character bars.
Heading north through town and you are in the 'Real Coromandel' meandering gravel roads, pristine native forest, incredible coastal and peninsula vistas at every turn of the road... It is little wonder I love this place!
Having sold Real Estate here since 2002, I have been fortunate in meeting many people looking to make the Northern Coromandel a part of their life and those who have found their niche add to the special energy that is present in this idyllic little corner of the world. I am unashamedly biased when it comes to the Coromandel and I welcome anyone looking to call the Northern Coromandel their local, to drop me a line to discuss the exciting opportunities available to the discerning adventurer.
Looking forward to seeing you in the Northern Coromandel!
